About the artists:
Gazelle Twin is the moniker for performance artist, composer and producer Elizabeth Bernholz. Her conceptual albums present dystopian themes through unconventional electronic production and extraordinary live performances which feature changing personas.
Tony Njoku is a British-Nigerian electronic music producer and songwriter from London. Raised inbetween Lagos and London, the twenty-three year old has always been a frequent globetrotter, with the breadth of his travels reflected in his music. Over the last few years, Tony has never looked to pigeonhole his sound in any way, which has largely led him down dark and haunting tunnels of self-discovery, emerging as one of the most unique and captivating artists working today. His abstract approach to production, coupled with his sweet yet soaring voice, gives him an edge that few can replicate.
Ostia Acid (b. 1989) is an Italian electronic musician based In Brighton, UK. He received a guitar as a gift in the 1999, and started playing live music in 2003 in various metal and grindcore bands – Staccionata above all. He started producing electronic music in 2009 with the help of Ableton Live, a Korg Kaoss Pad, and an obscure noise/drone generator made in Sweden. Since 2014, Ostia Acid started to make music with modular synthesizers, tapes, circuit bent toys, homemade instruments, and field recordings. Ostia Acid has released several EPs and LPs under different aliases (Nora Kant - with Biondo and Cavalletta, ID-KWIN, Jacop Eno, Pu$hkar Brand, Kòwodziej) and he produced, mixed, and mastered music for other artists, bands, and projects (Real Miracolo, IDAX, Negrella, the soundtrack for the documentary “Lifted”, by Nic Blower). His main musical influences are Aphex Twin, Frank Zappa, Johann Sebastian Bach, Brian Eno, and Faust. Ostia Acid is a love letter to the experimental electronic music of the early 1990s. Ostia Acid is currently recording new music for three projects: Ostia Acid, Max Berardi (shoegaze), and Pupi (experimental/post-metal/ambient).
Acquaintance is a producer based in Brighton, in the UK, and a co-founder of Anti-Ghost Moon Ray. Influenced by deep house, psychedelic techno, and synthpop, his music tends to be dreamy, textural, and hypnotic. His first album, Satellite Stream, was released in 2014. Since then, he's released occasional tracks on AGMR and Luv*Jam's label The Legend of Gelert. He's currently working (extremely slowly) on a new LP.
